For this new star, it's not very hard to get. you just have to go to the space station at full o'clock time, and by that, I mean like 1 o'clock, 2 o'clock etc... and right the the moment your clock from 59 mins turns 00 mins, the space shuttle will depart, and here you go, a new star:)
