kay, so there's been few people asking me making an Pigg account for them, and I did what they wished for, but, there's no way I'm going to make everyone a Pigg account, so instead, I made this guide so you all can make your own account by yourself. Spent some time to make this, so hope it will help.
So first
Go to www.ameba.jp (this is the home page) or www.pigg.ameba.jp (this is for direct log in/register) Yes it's all Japanese and don't count on Google translate to translate everything, it won't help at all.
Second:
When you get to the page, look for the orange button on the right side of the page that said "無料でカンタン！ アメーバ会員登録" meaning something about free to register.
Third:
After you clicked that, you will be redirected to this page follow the instruction shown below:
Forth:
Go check whatever Email address you filled in the previous step, if everything went right, you should receive and email from Ameba, don't worry, there's no virus. Click into it and yes, more Japanese, doesn't matter what the email says, just click on the first URL they provide in the email.
Fifth:
You will be redirected to another page in another tab in your browser. You need to fill in this form in order to complete the registration. Follow the instruction shown below:
Note: I know it's good to be honest, but if you are under the age of 18 (And 99% of you guys are under 18) should lie about your age and make it 18 more above. The reason for this is because Pigg is protecting those "non-adults" by not letting them send letters and whisper. So if you want to chat with your friends, you better lie ^3^
After that, you will be transferred to a page where they confirm the info you just filled in.
Sixth:
After you click accept and continue on the previous step, you should be on a page like this:
Click the pink button and now you're ready to explore Pigg world~
P.S.: it's 100x better than Pico other than the Japanese part xD
